Because everyone deserves a voice

At Babinski Law, we are committed to making sure everyone’s voice is heard. We believe that every individual is worthy of respect and capable of success, they just need the right support and opportunities.

For head-start, preschool, and K-12 students, founder and principal Jacquelyn Babinski specializes in education advocacy and representation. Using her experience as a juvenile probation officer and non-attorney advocate, Jacquelyn fights to ensure schools are meeting their legal obligations and providing each child the resources and support that empowers them to become successful adult. The firm also accepts a limited number of juvenile delinquency cases, recognizing that too often involvement in the juvenile justice system is a result of not being appropriately engaged and supported in school.

For juveniles and adults, Jacquelyn Babinski provides high quality criminal defense and makes sure the client knows they are an individual, not just another case number. We are all human – we all have histories, we all make mistakes, we all have hopes and dreams, and we all matter to someone. And being charged with a crime, regardless of guilt or innocence, is a frightening and overwhelming experience. Knowing this, Jacquelyn is dedicated to making her clients feel respected and supported, while telling the client’s unique story to the court and obtaining the best possible outcome.
